Over the years this garage floor had deteriorated with cracks and low spots appearing and rubber, oil and rust stains covering the surface.
We filled the cracks, levelled and primed the floor before applying the coating and flake. Now the floor looks great, is level, easy to clean and has improved the value of the property.

This floor was in an old carpet and tile shop.
We ground and re-levelled the existing concrete floor, identified the expansion joints and recut them. We laid the flake floor and finished off by filling the gaps with a flexible expansion sealant.
